These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of products from Loren Official (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and availability
Product descriptions, images and colours are provided for information and may vary slightly from the actual product. All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Any delivery costs are shown before you complete your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders and contract formation
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability, and to refund any amount already paid.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through secure third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship across Europe. Estimated delivery is 2–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. In addition, we voluntarily offer an extended 30-day return period. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers in the EU benefit from a statutory legal guarantee: goods must conform to the contract, and you are entitled to a remedy for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two (2) years of delivery, at no cost to you. These statutory rights are not affected by these Terms or by any commercial guarantee.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Loren Official and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt its operation, or to infringe the rights of others.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence in the EU. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time you place it. The current version is always published on this page.
